Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Manrit Overseas Pvt Ltd located in H-10 1st Floor,South Extension Part 1 New Delhi-110049.

The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing the front desk area, attending to visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Duties:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and organise the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.


  • Video Editing & Photo Posting:(Advantages)
  • Edit and enhance videos for promotional and internal use.
  • Create and post visually appealing photos and videos on our social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all posts and edits.

Salary And Work Timing

Up to 20K(Depend Of Interview)

Timing:-10 am to 6.30 pm


  • Social Media Management:
  • Maintain and update social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyse social media metrics and suggest improvements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content posting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and an eye for design are a plus.
