<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and manage Oracle Cloud integrations and customizations using OICS, VBCS, PCS, and ATP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and contribute to a minimum of 6 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop scalable solutions adhering to cloud architecture and framework best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in at least one Oracle business process such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (R2R).<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code; strong experience with Visual Studio for development and debugging.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate effectively with onshore/client teams, ensuring timely delivery of CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localization, and Integrations) components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze business requirements, assess impacts, and design Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) based solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage projects independently, overseeing teams of 810 members and ensuring delivery excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Follow Agile and Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for project documentation, development, and delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations and customizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on knowledge of OICS, VBCS, PCS, ATP technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mandatory experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Visual Studio.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in VBCS scripting, JavaScript, Redwood implementation, VBCS Business Object modeling, REST services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with Oracle Fusion business processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Financial Reporting Studio and SmartView is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud PaaS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oracle Cloud OICS or Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) certification is mandatory.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile methodologies and Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for software delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with JavaScript development for enhancing VBCS applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Redwood UX framework and implementing user-friendly interfaces.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience managing mid-sized technical teams (8 to 10 members) and delivering complex cloud projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optional: Advanced PL/SQL development and optimization skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
