Job Description
<p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead client-facing requirement gathering and design workshops to capture business needs and translate them into Oracle Maintenance solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Deliver end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support for the Oracle Maintenance (EAM) module.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide expert-level knowledge on Oracle Maintenance processes, capabilities, and best practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>Define and manage integration points with other Oracle modules such as :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Inventory (INV)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Procurement (PO)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Manufacturing (WIP/BOM)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work collaboratively with onsite architects, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and technical standards.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Prepare functional documents, configuration guides, and test cases.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in UAT, issue resolution, and cutover planning.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>Technical Skills Required :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud with specific focus on the Maintenance (EAM) module.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Oracles Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes such as:</p><p><br/></p><p>- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance</p><p><br/></p><p>- Asset Lifecycle Management</p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintenance Schedules and Work Orders</p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintenance BOMs and Routings</p><p><br/></p><p>Experience in :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules</p><p><br/></p><p>- Functional setups and configurations of Oracle Maintenance</p><p><br/></p><p>- Writing and reviewing MD050/MD070 documents</p><p><br/></p><p>- Supporting integration testing, system testing, and UAT</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of integration frameworks/APIs used with Oracle modules</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in SQL, for data validation and troubleshooting (preferred)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) is a plus</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle AIM Methodology, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools</p><p><br/></p><p>Soft Skills & Competencies :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong stakeholder management and client interaction abilities</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking</p><p><br/></p><p>- Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented mindset</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
