<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the single source of truth for network, service, and resource inventory data to enable efficient and accurate service design, provisioning, and management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage end-to-end inventory including <br/><br/></p><p>- Physical resources such as routers, switches, cables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Logical resources including IP addresses, VLANs, circuits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Service inventory covering both customer-facing and resource-facing services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle converged services spanning fixed, mobile, IP, and cloud networks on a unified platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop, customize, and maintain UIM Cartridges to model new products, services, and resources without modifying the core Oracle UIM system.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Oracle UIM with OSS/BSS systems such as : Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) for provisioning workflows, CRM, billing, and network management platforms.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee the entire lifecycle management of network and service resources, including design, upgrades, expansions, migrations, and retirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize SOAP and REST-based Open APIs for seamless integration with external applications and systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and eliminate silos across all network and service inventory records.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity and support business Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle UIM (Unified Inventory Management) in telecommunications, broadband, or cloud service provider sectors.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of network inventory, resource management, and service inventory concepts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in developing and customizing UIM Cartridges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience integrating Oracle UIM with OSS/BSS systems such as Oracle OSM, CRM, and billing platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in working with SOAP and RESTful APIs for system integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid knowledge of physical and logical network resource modeling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with converged services and multi-technology networks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with network migration, upgrade projects, and lifecycle management within large-scale telecom environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Oracles broader OSS/BSS ecosystem.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud-native network services and virtualization technologies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
