<p><p><b>About client : </b>Series B Fintech startup</p><br/><p><b>Role : </b>Fronted Engineer - 2</p><br/><p><b>Exp : </b>3-6 yrs exp</p><br/><p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/></p><p>As a Front-End SDE-2 , you will take ownership of feature development, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality code standards.</p><p><br/></p><p> You will translate product requirements and high-fidelity designs into performant, maintainable front-end code, while mentoring junior developers and driving engineering excellence.</p><p><br/></p><p> You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences across web and desktop : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Apply AI-powered development tools to boost quality, velocity, and consistency in day-to-day development (e.g. Cursor).<br/><br/></p><p>- Own end-to-end implementation of front-end features and modules with minimal supervision.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring to align product, engineering, and team goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take full ownership of delivery outcomes, including edge cases, performance, and post-release stability<br/><br/></p><p>- Independently troubleshoot production issues, diagnose root causes, and implement long-term fixes<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with the latest AI/tech advancements and proactively share relevant tools, workflows, or insights with the team to enhance productivity and foster a learning culture.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably in B2B products.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience in Angular(v14+ preferred) or React.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong feature ownership mindset able to estimate accurately, plan iterations, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to troubleshoot and disambiguate issues independently, applying both creative thinking and technical </p><p>rigor.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective communicator who practices clear documentation, proactive collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.</p><br/><p><b>Location : </b>Remote (WFH) 5 days working</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
