Your work will directly impact the user experience, performance, and responsiveness of our application.</p><p><br/></p><p>Frontend Architecture & Development : <br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance, scalable frontend.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement a modular UI architecture to support multi-tenancy and white-labeling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize the platform for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.</p><p><br/></p><p>Tech Stack & Core Development : <br/><br/></p><p>- Develop UI components using React (Next.js).<br/><br/></p><p>- Build dynamic, interactive, and progressive web applications (PWAs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and component-based UI frameworks.</p><p><br/></p><p>API Integration & Performance Optimization<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize frontend performance using lazy loading, caching, and bundling techniques.</p><p>UX/UI Best Practices & Implementation<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with design teams to translate Figma or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect UIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure high usability and accessibility standards across the platform.</p><p>Collaboration & Leadership<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior frontend developers and ensure high-quality code standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user We Are Looking For : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Frontend Development Expertise 3-5 years of experience in frontend engineering.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in React (Next.js) Experience in building scalable, component-driven UIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- UI/UX Focus Strong sense of design, usability, and performance optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- SaaS Platform Experience Must have 1-2 years of experience in SaaS-based platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Industry Experience Must have 1-2 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.<br/><br/></p><p>- API & State Management Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration, GraphQL, Redux, or Zustand.<br/><br/></p><p>- Performance & Security Experience in code splitting, SSR, CSR, and handling security vulnerabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Startup Mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving Experience & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3-5 years of frontend development experience, working on scalable SaaS platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in React (Next.js), TypeScript, and modern UI Process : </b></p><p><br/></p>We believe in a transparent, streamlined hiring process : <br/><br/></p><p>- Screening Call (10-20 min) Quick introduction and mutual expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Interview (1 or max 2 rounds) (45-60 min) Coding, system design discussion, and problem-solving.<br/><br/></p><p>- Culture Fit Interview (15-30 min) Discussion with Group HR on team alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Final Offer & Onboarding!</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
