Candidates must be located in Bangalore, and willing to come into the office multiple times a week.</p><p><br/></p><p>Fubo India is looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join the team in Bangalore.
You'll work in a fast-paced environment, where your work will have a tremendous impact on daily operations and long-term strategy.
You will work closely with other engineers across all layers of the infrastructure.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate has a passion for building automated systems that deploy, change, monitor and fix complicated cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
We expect all of our engineers to solve tough problems collaboratively, create quality products with a sophisticated design, and establish solid lines of communication and trust within the organization.<br/><br/><b>Main Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure<br/><br/>- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and planning infrastructure deployment with developers<br/><br/>- Implement alerting and monitoring tools to assist development and incident response<br/><br/>- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes<br/><br/>- Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results<br/><br/>- Write clean, well-tested code<br/><br/>- Planning out infrastructure projects and being involved in project management decisions<br/><br/><b>Skill Required : </b><br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience as an SRE or in a similar role<br/><br/>- Work alongside the Development team to ensure projects run smoothly<br/><br/>- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker or other container technology<br/><br/>- Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure)<br/><br/>- Experience in designing and implementing effective monitoring and alerting solutions<br/><br/>- Experience working with automated release management<br/><br/>- Experience building and supporting backend and infrastructure systems<br/><br/><b>Nice to haves : </b><br/><br/>- Experience with Python and Go<br/><br/>- Experience with Distributed Databases<br/><br/>- Experience with Terraform<br/><br/>- Experience with Kafka<br/><br/>- Experience with Linux System Administration<br/><br/>- Dedication to Infrastructure as Code<br/><br/><b>Perks & Benefits : </b><br/><br/>At Fubo, you will have the opportunity to personally influence what live media looks like after it goes through its next big transformation.
