About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software engineer/Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web-based applications.
The ideal candidate will be part of our technical team, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and Vue/React.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient web applications using PHP (Laravel framework), Node.js, and front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform optimization of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines and version control processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA) or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and at least one modern front-end framework (Vue.js or React.js).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Awareness of DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker
- Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
