<p><p><b>Role : </b><br/><br/>As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining applications across both front-end and back-end systems.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable software that our customers love.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>Software Development :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) for the back end and React / React Native for the front end.<br/><br/>- Work with microservices architecture and integrate with GraphQL APIs.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring reliability and performance.<br/><br/>- Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code.<br/><br/>- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack.<br/><br/>Collaboration & Delivery :<br/><br/>- Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.<br/><br/>- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions.<br/><br/>- Use Azure DevOps pipelines to ensure smooth CI/CD workflows.<br/><br/>- Contribute to evolving technical strategies, coding standards, and best practices.<br/><br/>Continuous Improvement :<br/><br/>- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks.<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities to improve system scalability, performance, and reliability.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/><b>Mid-Level (5+ years) :</b><br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in full-stack development with .NET and React.<br/><br/>- Exposure to microservices, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Strong collaboration and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Proactive in researching and applying new technologies.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.<br/><br/><b>Benefits : </b><br/><br/>- Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.<br/><br/>- Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional development<br/><br/>- A collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teams<br/><br/>- A dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative input<br/><br/>- Health insurance<br/><br/>- Leave Benefits<br/><br/>- Provident Fund<br/><br/>- Gratuity<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
