Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (depending on experience)
• Need to work 48 hours/week

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can work across the entire stack — from building polished, responsive frontends to architecting robust backend systems and managing deployments on the cloud.

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the technical foundation of our company:

• Leading full-stack projects end-to-end.
  
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, business, marketing).
  
  
• Mentoring junior developers and helping scale internal development processes.
  
  

You’ll also have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects — from corporate portfolios and e-commerce solutions to SaaS dashboards and internal tools — each using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build fast, intuitive, and pixel-perfect UIs using Next.js / React.js (experience with Vue.js or Angular is a plus)etc.
  
  
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Progressive Web Apps (PWA) for optimal performance.
  
  
• Create reusable components and maintainable UI systems using Redux, Context API, or similar state management solutions.
  
  
• Work closely with designers (Figma, Adobe XD) to bring creative ideas to life with Tailwind CSS, Sass, Flexbox, and Grid layouts.
  
  

Backend Development

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or Nest.Js etc.
  
  
• Build secure and efficient RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Manage relational and non-relational databases — PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or CouchDB.
  
  
• Implement microservices and modular APIs for distributed applications.
  
  
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  
  

Cloud & DevOps

• Manage application deployments on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Heroku.
  
  
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
  
  
• Handle Docker containers, versioned builds, and automated deployments.
  
  
• Utilize serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions) for lightweight compute tasks.
  
  
• Monitor uptime, logs, and performance using modern DevOps tools.
  
  

Security & Optimization

• Implement JWT / OAuth2 authentication, data encryption, and OWASP security standards.
  
  
• Optimize performance through caching strategies, CDN integrations (Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront), and database indexing.
  
  
• Ensure scalability, low latency, and high reliability across applications
• Team Collaboration & LeadershipTranslate business and design requirements into functional software.
  
  
• Lead architecture discussions and code reviews.
  
  
• Mentor junior developers and establish internal coding standards.
  
  
• Contribute to process improvements and help define the company’s engineering roadmap.
  
  

• Must-Have Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  
  
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  
  
• Deep experience with React.js / Next.js and Node.js / Express.js.
  
  
• Proficiency in working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  
  
• Strong understanding of REST / GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
  
  
• Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.
  
  
• Experience with Docker, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
  
  
• Knowledge of web security principles, including XSS, CSRF, HTTPS, and encryption.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving ability and a structured approach to debugging and performance optimization.
  
  

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Expertise in Vue.js, Angular, or Svelte.
  
  
• Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful).
  
  
• Knowledge of GraphQL Subscriptions and Apollo Client/Server.
  
  
• Experience with serverless databases (Firebase, Supabase, DynamoDB).
  
  
• Prior work with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io, Pusher).
  
  
• Understanding of SEO optimization and accessibility best practices.
  
  
• Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration tools and workflows.
  
  
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
