Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with 4–7 years of professional experience specializing in Next.js, React, and Node.js .
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications.
This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development , with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js .
Build reusable, responsive, and scalable UI components with React & Next.js .
Develop server-side APIs, microservices, and integrations using Node.js & Express.js (or similar frameworks) .
Architecture & Performance
Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO (SSR, SSG, ISR in Next.js) .
Ensure efficient database queries and API response times.
Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for smooth CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
Best Practices & Code Quality
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Problem Solving & Innovation
Identify technical risks and propose solutions proactively.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in JavaScript, React ecosystem, and Node.js development .
Continuously improve application performance and developer workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Experience: 4–7 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR), React.js, Hooks, Context API, Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries .
Solid back-end development experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs .
Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript .
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks .
Experience with authentication & authorization flows (JWT, OAuth, SSO, etc.) .
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) .
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and debugging tools.
Understanding of scalable architecture, caching (Redis), and performance tuning .
Soft Skills

Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) .

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience with Serverless architecture (Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, Vercel) .
Familiarity with Headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity) .
Knowledge of WebSockets, real-time applications, and microservices architecture .
Prior experience with healthcare, edtech, or enterprise-scale platforms .
Exposure to DevOps practices, monitoring, and observability tools .
