The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and designing frontend web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
The Full Stack Developer will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.<br/><br/><b>Role :</b> Full Stack Developer (majorily backend engineer)<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Pune/ Navi Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 8+ years<br/><br/><b>NOTE :</b> Immediate Joiners<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><br/>- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development<br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, CI/CD pipelines (using AWS CDK), and Web APIs<br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of experience managing software development projects throughout complete release cycles<br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clear technical documentation, diagrams, and decision records (ADRs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and review code (Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js) and ensure architectural consistency<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain data models in PostgreSQL with a focus on performance and integrity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor systems and guide best practices in observability, testing, and deployment<br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Maintain and monitor server-side web applications with Node.js and other frameworks.
(e.g., Express, Nest.js, and Meteor)<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish RESTful APIs and connect them with front-end technologies like React.<br/><br/></p><p>- Produce significant, reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cooperate with cross-functional teams that include designers, product managers, and other developers to offer new solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee quality and performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and optimize server infrastructure with solutions like Amazon, GCP, or Heroku.<br/><br/></p><p>- Keep up with the latest web development methods and technologies, and apply them to the project.<br/><br/></p><p>- Synchronization of requirements, schedules, and activities; involvement in team meetings; and troubleshooting development and production issues across numerous environments and operating systems are all required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist other developers by giving guidance, mentoring, and educational opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design web architectures and solutions based on business needs, provide estimates and timelines and manage delivery in accordance with those plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and participate in technical conversations with peers to establish yourself as a credible technical advisor.<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with front-end and back-end developers to develop a website that satisfies the expectations of customers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate all server-side logic, including data storage, to optimize website performance.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
