Job Description:
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work with a cutting-edge tech stack— Golang, React, and Kubernetes —alongside a team of high-caliber engineers passionate about building software the right way.
Whether it’s optimizing backend performance, designing sleek UIs, or exploring ML-driven features, you’ll contribute to scalable solutions that tackle real-world problems.
Responsibilities:
Develop full-stack features for our flagship observability platform.
Write high-performance, production-grade services in Golang.
Craft responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React + TypeScript.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship quickly and iterate.
Own your features from ideation to deployment.
(Bonus) Explore AI/ML enhancements like smart alerting, auto-insights, or LLM integrations if that sparks your interest.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused engineering roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Golang.
Proficiency in React + TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with observability, monitoring, dashboards, or time-series data.
Knowledge of performance tuning (frontend or backend).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OCI).
Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Background in AI/ML features—LLMs, embeddings, or OpenAI integrations.
Experience with Kafka, event-driven systems, or real-time pipelines.
Contributions to open-source projects, dev tools, or personal side projects.
