Job Title: Technical Resource – Full Stack Developer & Integration Specialist
Overview
The Technical Resource will lead full-stack development, system integrations, and the creation of robust automation and monitoring solutions.
This role supports the implementation of procurement and ERP-related systems, with a focus on Workday and iBuy platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Workday Automation
- Automate user lifecycle management (Create, Update, Terminate).
- Synchronize manager assignments and approval limits between iBuy and Workday.
2.
Local Admin Web Portal Development
- Build a portal for site admins to:
- Manage user accounts.
- Set alternate managers and cost centers.
- Configure approval limits.
- Troubleshoot and reimport failed POs to ERP.
- Enable auditing capabilities.
- View GL accounts, suppliers, and addresses from iBuy.
3.
Event-Based Architecture Implementation
- Enable real-time synchronization of suppliers and GL accounts from ERP.
- Implement real-time PO creation from iBuy to ERP.
4.
Monitoring & Alerting
- Develop a robust monitoring mechanism to ensure 100% uptime of critical components.
- Implement alerting for critical events such as SFTP failures and sync issues.
Required Skills & Experience
MUST HAVE 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Full Stack Development
- Proficiency in Java or Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
Integration Expertise
- Experience with SSIS, REST APIs, SFTP, and file-based data transfers.
Database Management
- Strong SQL Server skills for data modeling, querying, and optimization.
System Architecture
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time data synchronization.
Troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems.
