Overall Responsibilities   
 Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and standards.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Mentor junior developers and support team growth through knowledge sharing.
Skills Required   
 Frontend:  React.js, Redux, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Backend:  Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs Database:  MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL DevOps & Tools:  Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines Cloud Platforms:  AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred) Testing:  Jest, Mocha, Cypress Others:  TypeScript, GraphQL, WebSockets (nice to have) Experience   
 Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
Proven track record of building and deploying enterprise-grade web applications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
Day-to-Day Activities   
 Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
Write clean, modular, and scalable code with proper documentation.
Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications   
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications in full stack development or cloud technologies are a plus.
