<p><p><b>About the Role : -</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB to join our dynamic team.
As an SDE-II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user requests.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable fullstack applications using Python (backend services), Node.js (APIs), React.js (frontend), and MongoDB (database).<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.<br/><br/>- Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs with secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.<br/><br/>- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot production issues.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to improve overall development processes.<br/><br/>- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/>- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer / Software Engineer.<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience in : <br/><br/>1.
Backend : Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask), Node.js/Express.js<br/><br/>2.
Frontend : React.js, Redux/Context API, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3<br/><br/>3.
