<p><p><b>About the Job : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to collaborate with our product managers, engineering teams, and leadership in designing and development of our product.

The architect will play a critical role in building scalable microservices, databases, workflows, and front-end components while ensuring ease of use and scalability.

As the Solution Architect, you will define processes for instance management, code branching, merging, and migration standards.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have a strong MERN stack development background along with React Native skill and a solid understanding of microservices architecture, in-depth experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Azure AKS, and strong database skills.<br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities : Strategy : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute technical strategy aligned with business objectives.</p><p><br/></p>- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL, Express, React, Node.js), and other relevant frameworks and tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design secure and scalable systems, ensuring compliance with best practices for security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create API documentation using Swagger and YAML.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with the Product team to understand user needs and incorporate them into smooth user experiences.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure product engineering goals are met.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.<br/><br/><b>Driving Technical Excellence:</b><br/><br/>- Foster a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team.<br/>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to resolve complex technical challenges.<br/>- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within specified constraints.<br/><br/><b>Microservices & Database Architecture : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and high availability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the application is multi-tenant, with a robust strategy for handling separate data per tenant while maintaining </p><p>performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with database technologies such as MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL databases to ensure high performance and scalability.<br/><br/><b>Cloud & Containerization : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design solutions using cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and leverage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee the setup of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and high availability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.<br/><br/><b>AI-Based Solutioning : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect and implement AI-assisted solutions, including intelligent workflows, AI-driven development tools, or generative AI integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini) for real-world applications like code generation, content creation, or chatbot systems.<br/><br/><b>Full Stack Knowledge :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Front-end (React Native, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js, MySQL/MongoDB, and other cloud services) components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, design, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop innovative solutions for different platforms and integrate them with databases and server-side logic.<br/><br/><b>Prerequisites :</b><br/><br/><b>Technical Expertise :</b><br/><br/>- 12+ years of experience in full-stack development, with hands-on experience in MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL, Express, React, Node.js) and React Native.<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and best practices for building scalable, high-performance systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (K8s) and Azure AKS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of multi-tenancy architecture and the ability to design and implement it effectively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in databases including NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (MySQL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure, and experience in deploying services on Azure AKS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions in cloud environments (preferably Azure).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
