<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>Design and Development : <br/><br/>- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Docker, and Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain scalable Microservices-based architecture.<br/><br/>- Exposure to event-driven architecture is a plus.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.<br/><br/>Technical Leadership : <br/><br/>- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance on system architecture and design.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers and encourage adoption of best practices including containerization and microservices.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders and other technical teams to align with business goals.<br/><br/>Development Releases : <br/><br/>- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Ensure all builds go through automated testing and review workflows.<br/><br/>- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and secure releases.<br/><br/>Performance Optimizations : <br/><br/>- Identify and resolve application and database performance bottlenecks.<br/><br/>- Improve responsiveness and scalability of applications by optimizing microservices communication and container configurations.<br/><br/>Information Security : <br/><br/>- Ensure applications are secure by design and compliant with security regulations.<br/><br/>- Address vulnerabilities and participate in code-level and infrastructure security reviews.<br/><br/>GIT and Version Control : <br/><br/>- Use GIT and other version control tools for code collaboration and branch management.<br/><br/>- Ensure best practices in version control and code merging strategies.<br/><br/>Caching Framework : <br/><br/>- Experience with caching frameworks like Redis to improve application performance and responsiveness.<br/><br/>Collaboration with L2 Support Team : <br/><br/>- Work closely with L2 support to troubleshoot production issues.<br/><br/>- Document changes and updates in release notes for support reference.<br/><br/>Team Management : <br/><br/>- Lead and manage junior developers, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and up to standard.<br/><br/>- Foster a collaborative, learning-driven team environment.<br/><br/><b>Requirements Skills : </b><br/><br/>Technical Skills : <br/><br/>- 3-5 years of experience in software development using Angular 14+, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server.<br/><br/>- Strong working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture.<br/><br/>- Exposure to event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is desirable.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in GIT and version control tools.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of performance optimization techniques and security best practices.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with caching frameworks like Redis.<br/><br/>Leadership Skills : <br/><br/>- Experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage deliverables in a cross-functional team setting.<br/><br/>Soft Skills : <br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.<br/><br/>- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agile development environment.<br/><br/>- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.<br/><br/><b>EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS</b><br/><br/>Must-Have Skill Set : <br/><br/>Technical Expertise : <br/><br/><b>- Angular 14+</b>, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server<br/><br/>- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture<br/><br/>- Proficient in GIT and version control systems<br/><br/>Performance & Optimization : <br/><br/>- Strong skills in identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing database queries<br/><br/>- Ability to enhance application speed and efficiency<br/><br/>Security & Compliance : <br/><br/>- Knowledge of information security standards and best practices<br/><br/>Collaboration & Communication : <br/><br/>- Proven experience mentoring and leading junior developers<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal<br/><br/>- Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams<br/><br/>Problem-Solving : <br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
