<p><p><b>Location : </b> Mumbai | <b>Experience Level : </b> 3+ Years<br/><br/><b>Department : </b> Implementation Team<br/><br/><b>Reports To : </b> Delivery Manager / Sr. FC<br/><br/><b>Please note : </b><br/><br/>- Only candidates with pure functional experience will be considered.<br/><br/>- Candidates who have only worked in in-house environments (single-organization implementations) or primarily on report development/customization will not be considered.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Independently manage end-to-end delivery of large and multiple small/mid-sized implementation projects.<br/><br/>- Act as the single point of contact for client engagements on assigned projects.<br/><br/>- Handle day-to-day coordination with offshore teams for both functional and technical aspects of implementations.<br/><br/>- Conduct detailed requirement studies, gap analysis, and fit-gap workshops.<br/><br/>- Configure and implement modules using Microsofts standard implementation methodology and best practices.<br/><br/>Prepare and review all core documentation including : <br/><br/>- Functional Requirement Document (FRD)<br/><br/>- Functional Design Document (FDD)<br/><br/>- Training Manuals<br/><br/>- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts<br/><br/>- Conduct user training sessions, support UAT cycles, and ensure business users are aligned with system capabilities.<br/><br/><b>Required Experience & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central (must have worked on versions from NAV 2009 to D365 BC).<br/><br/>- Must have worked with multiple client organizations experience limited to a single in-house implementation is not acceptable.<br/><br/>Must have successfully completed at least 23 full life cycle implementations, including : <br/><br/>- General Ledger<br/><br/>- Accounts Payable / Receivable<br/><br/>- Fixed Assets<br/><br/>- Budgeting & Cash Flow<br/><br/>- Inventory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business users and stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Desirable Skills : </b><br/><br/>Exposure to additional modules and integrations such as : <br/><br/>- VAT, HR, Payroll<br/><br/>- LS Retail, Microsoft CRM<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools is a plus.<br/><br/>- Functional knowledge of regional statutory compliance (e.g., UAE VAT) is advantageous.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
