<p></p><p><b>Job Title :</b> MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant<br/><br/><b>Experience Required :</b> 5 to 10 years (with strong Finance functional expertise)<br/><br/><b>Employment Type :</b> Full-time<br/><br/><b>Job Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Finance Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules, strong knowledge of finance business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, and Project Accounting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide functional support for integrations between Finance and other D365 modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions based on best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support data migration activities and validate migrated data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with technical consultants for customizations and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation Skills & Qualifications:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- 510 years of experience in Finance ERP implementations, with at least 3+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong functional expertise in key Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cash & Bank).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations (requirement gathering to go-live).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification(s).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Power BI, LCS (Lifecycle Services), Data Management Framework (DMF).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to global implementations with multi-entity, multi-currency, and localization requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 is an Summary & Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- D365 F&O FINANCE - Finance and Accounting, Budgeting 10+ years of Consulting, Implementation and L2-L3 Support experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Accounting.<br/><br/>- Good to have 1+ year of experience in SCM domain and Technical experience.<br/><br/>The consultant should have strong knowledge on the below domains :<br/><br/>1) General Ledger<br/><br/>2) Fixed Assets<br/><br/>3) Sales & Marketing<br/><br/>4) Project Accounting<br/><br/>6) Account Receivable credit, collections, and revenue recognition<br/><br/>7) Data Management and migrations<br/><br/>8) Batch jobs<br/><br/>9) Workflows<br/><br/>10) Product Information Management<br/><br/>11) Budgeting and Forecasting<br/><br/>12) LCS, DevOps and Azure methodologies<br/><br/>Secondary Skills :<br/><br/>1) Procurement and Sourcing<br/><br/>2) Inventory and Warehouse Management<br/><br/>3) Account Payable module<br/><br/>4) Min.
