<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Time & Labor</p><br/><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Time and Labor (OTL) module to play a critical role in our enterprise-wide transformation initiative.

</p><p><br/></p><p>You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle OTL Cloud with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to streamline time tracking for employees and contractors, enhance data accuracy, and ensure compliance.</p><br/><p>This is an individual contributor role that requires a proactive professional capable of collaborating with global stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to deliver superior business impact.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Time and Labor Cloud.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with PPM and technical teams to define and design time tracking policies, rules, and requirements.</p><br/><p>- Configure OTL components including timecard layouts, time processing profiles, approval workflows (BPM), and assignment rules.</p><br/><p>- Design and implement seamless integration between OTL and Oracle PPM Cloud for project costing.</p><br/><p>- Ensure system configuration complies with organizational policies and legal requirements.</p><br/><p>- Develop and execute test plans (Unit Testing, UAT), create detailed documentation, and conduct user training sessions.</p><br/><p>- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.</p><br/><p>- Offer functional guidance and clarification to the technical development team.</p><br/><p><b>Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves) :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Time & Labor (OTL).</p><br/><p>- Proven experience integrating OTL with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud.</p><br/><p>- Strong functional knowledge in at least two other Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, or Absence Management.</p><br/><p>- Full lifecycle implementation experience (requirements, design, testing, deployment).</p><br/><p>- Hands-on expertise in configuring timecard layouts, processing profiles, and approval workflows.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and client liaison skills.</p><br/><p>- Willingness to work flexible hours to overlap with US Pacific Time (PST) stakeholders.</p><br/><p><b>Desired Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Oracle Cloud Certification in Time and Labor.</p><br/><p>- Experience with Absence Management.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of global payroll and time policies.</p><br/><p><b>Personal Attributes :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.</p><br/><p>- Highly collaborative team player with a commitment to excellence.</p><br/><p>- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</p><br/><p>- Self-confident with a mature approach to problem-solving.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
