<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>We at Fusion Practices are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant to design, develop, and deliver reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Applications.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and BICC, along with strong functional knowledge of Financials, PPM, and GMS.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>This role requires a techno-functional consultant to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly reporting Responsibilities :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI for real-time analytics.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build complex BI Publisher (BIP) reports including SQL-based data models, bursting, and multi-layout reporting.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement BICC extraction strategies for integrations and downstream analytics.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Finance, PPM, and GMS business teams to gather requirements and map them to reporting solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in reporting deliverables.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Optimize queries, improve performance, and troubleshoot reporting issues.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly release changes and update reports as needed.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical and functional guidance to business stakeholders on reporting best Skills & Experience :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on expertise with :<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>1.
OTBI dashboards, KPIs, ad hoc reports.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>2.
BI Publisher (BIP) complex SQL queries, bursting, XML/RTF templates.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>3.
BICC scalable data extractions and incremental loads.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL for data model development.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Grants Management (GMS).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with business processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of role-based security in Fusion reporting.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
