Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX
Bot and NLP development using Genesys AI tools
Experience in building Conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots
Integration with third-party NLP engines like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson
Strong knowledge of Genesys Architect Flows and call routing
Hands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasets

Python/JavaScript for custom logic in bot integrations
REST APIs for system integrations
Experience with Google Cloud/AWS for deploying AI services
Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) APIs

Design, develop, and implement Genesys-based call flows and routing strategies
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and understand requirements
Integrate Genesys with backend systems and third-party platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in call routing and IVR
Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices
Monitor and enhance system performance
