design, and deliver high- impact technical solutions for Joyfuls AI-powered platforms.<br/><br/> Youll bridge the gap between business needs and technology executionensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and adaptable to evolving market demands.<br/><br/>In addition to traditional architecture responsibilities, youll champion Vibe Codingour approach to writing clean, collaborative, and joyful Youll Do :</b><br/><br/>Solution Design & Architecture :<br/><br/>- Define end-to-end architecture for Joyfuls Engage and Listen platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into high-level technical designs, architecture blueprints, and integration patterns<br/><br/>- Design APIs, data models, and workflows for multi-channel stakeholder engagement systems<br/><br/>- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy best practices<br/><br/>Technical Leadership & Collaboration :<br/><br/>- Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals<br/><br/>- Guide development teams in implementing architectural best practices<br/><br/>- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technology evaluations<br/><br/>- Facilitate technical decision-making and resolve design conflicts<br/><br/>Vibe Coding Culture :<br/><br/>- Champion Joyfuls Vibe Coding philosophywhere clean code meets collaborative spirit<br/><br/>- Encourage pair programming, open feedback loops, and code that feels good to read and maintain<br/><br/>- Promote coding standards that balance elegance, performance, and long-term maintainability<br/><br/>- Create an environment where engineers feel proud and excited about the code they ship<br/><br/>Innovation & Technology Evaluation :<br/><br/>- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in AI, cloud infrastructure, and communication platforms<br/><br/>- Drive proof-of-concepts to validate new solutions or architectural improvements<br/><br/>- Recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for optimal delivery<br/><br/>Integration & Deployment :<br/><br/>- Design integration strategies with third-party systems, CRMs, and AI platforms<br/><br/>- Oversee deployment architectures, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency<br/><br/>- Work with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment frameworks</p><br/><p><b>What Youll Need :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of experience in software development/architecture, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect or similar role<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, and microservices architecture<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)<br/><br/>- Proficiency in database design (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling<br/><br/>- Experience with AI/ML solution design or integration is a plus<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization principles<br/><br/>- Proven ability to foster collaborative coding environments (pair programming, peer reviews, coding workshops)<br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relate field<br/><br/>- Passion for building
