Position :- Dy Manager- Product Marketing & Global FAE, BU PFC (TDK India Pvt Ltd)
Mission:
To help End customers achieve “Safe, Reliable & Efficient” Electrical System through Power Factor Improvement and Harmonic Mitigation within Electrical Distribution System.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Global Field Application Function for Power Factor Correction & Harmonic Mitigation Solutions (AHF/SVG, Hybrid APFC panels, PF Capacitors LV/MV, Key Components LV/MV) (Across India, Middle East, Europe, Turkey)
- Support Product Marketing Function for Power Factor Correction & Harmonic Mitigation Solutions (LV PF Capacitors & Key Components, AHF/SVG) for India
- Global FAE: To address customer technical queries, competency building of Technology partners, remote installation, commissioning support and Trouble shooting
- Market communication: Technical Datasheets, FAQ, Coordination for Exhibition & Seminars
- Provide feedback to Global Product Marketing, R&D on developing new features, functionality, and processes to improve the product offering
- Market Research & Intelligence: Benchmarking reports with Competition, FAB Matrix, Battle Cards, Promote & Sell, Design & Quote, Install & Commission Tools/PPT, Technical Specifications/Tender Documents
- Submit Techno-Commercial offers for Products Managed and Track the pipeline of opportunities to support and ensure proper customer project process is followed.
PTN/PCN/NPI/Data Sheets documentation - Training & Competency enhancement of Technology/Value Added Partners, After Sales Services team for Commissioning and Programming of AHF/SVG HMI & AMC, PF Controllers.
- Pre-Sales support & Post Sales support to TDK Sales/BD teams, Technology Partners & Value Added Partners
- Drive innovation
- Build the Application Notes, Success Stories, Use cases
- Build customer specific POC and architectures
- Support BD & Sales teams for targeted Customer conversion (EU, PB, Design & Consulting Institutes, OEMs)
- Drive Prescription and Consultative selling approach with specifier community for connected offers
- Development & Refinement of AHF/SVG, Hybrid Design & Selection Tools
- Location: Nashik, Mumbai, Bangalore
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Electronics & Communications engineering
- Proven Sales / Service / Business development / Product Marketing experience of 5-12 years preferably with a knowledge of Power Factor Correction or Harmonics, Power Electronics
- Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to influence others and to build strong business networks at different levels of the organization.
Fluent in English - Good judgement, autonomously working style and good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work with Local & Global teams
