<p>Roles & Responsibilities:<br/><br/>GM Modular Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to fill the role, specializing in Projects and Institutional Sales.

In this position, you will take charge of the entire product portfolio for designated area, encompassing switches, lighting, wires, switchgear, pipes, fans, and more.

Your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, builders, electrical, contractors, electrical consultants, project management consultants (PMCs)<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Product Portfolio Management:<br/><br/>- Oversee and promote the entire spectrum of GM Modular products, ensuring a comprehensive approach to switches, lighting, wires, switchgear, pipes, fans, etc.<br/><br/>- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to continually refine and improve the competitiveness of our product basket.<br/><br/>Business Development:<br/><br/>- Identify and pursue lucrative business opportunities within the projects and institutional sales segment.<br/><br/>- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and expanding market share.<br/><br/>Stakeholder Engagement:<br/><br/>- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, electrical contractors, electrical consultants, PMCs, and government entities.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with key influencers to ensure the specification and integration of GM Modular products into relevant projects.<br/><br/>Funnel Management:<br/><br/>- Implement effective funnel management practices to monitor and optimize the sales pipeline.<br/><br/>- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions, ensuring a systematic and efficient approach to sales processes.<br/><br/>Market Intelligence:<br/><br/>- Gather market intelligence to provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.<br/><br/>- Sales Strategy Implementation<br/><br/>- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase product adoption.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional activities.<br/><br/>Customer Satisfaction:<br/><br/>- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.<br/><br/>Reporting And Analysis:<br/><br/>- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for review by the senior management team.<br/><br/>Qualifications And Experience:<br/><br/>- Master's in any related field.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in project and institutional sales within the electrical and industry.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.<br/><br/>- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.<br/><br/>- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
