we are building a global community rooted in creativity, collaboration, and impact.<br/><br/> We take pride in cultivating a culture where innovation thrives, ideas are celebrated, and people come first, no matter where they call home.<br/><br/> <b>Our Impact :</b><br/><br/> As of mid 2025, our platform powers over 1.5 billion messages, helps generate over 200 million leads, and facilitates over 20 million conversations for the more than 2 million businesses we serve each month.<br/><br/> Behind those numbers are real people growing their companies, connecting with customers, and making their mark and we get to help make that happen.<br/><br/> <b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/> Workflows in HighLevel are at the core of our automation platform, powering critical user journeys like lead follow-ups, client onboarding, appointment scheduling, and more.<br/><br/> They integrate deeply with multiple modules like Contacts, Calendars, Email, SMS, Calls, Triggers, Webhooks, and external APIs.<br/><br/> This makes them highly complex and dynamic.<br/><br/> As an SDET for Workflows, youll be validating these end-to-end flows, ensuring reliability at scale, and working closely with both backend and UI components.<br/><br/> This is a high-impact role with deep testing challenges and tight collaboration across cross-functional teams.<br/><br/> <b>Requirements:.</b><br/><br/> - 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in SaaS/web applications.<br/><br/> - Strong knowledge of API testing and performance testing (Postman, JMeter, or equivalent).<br/><br/> - Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).<br/><br/> - Good programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Ruby).<br/><br/> - Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.<br/><br/> - Experience with source control (Git or SVN).<br/><br/> - Knowledge of Agile software development (Scrum/Kanban) and the QA role within it.<br/><br/> - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple test executions.<br/><br/> <b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Take ownership of the quality of deliverables, including new features and enhancements.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and user workflows.<br/><br/> - Design and execute efficient manual test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.<br/><br/> - Build and maintain automation test scripts for UI and API validations (using Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent).<br/><br/> - Identify and address QA process bottlenecks, driving continuous improvements.<br/><br/> - Participate in sprint ceremonies, bug triages, and release readiness discussions.<br/><br/> - Track, report, and validate defects using defect management tools.<br/><br/> - Support integration testing with external APIs (e.g., Shipday, proprietary delivery software).<br/><br/> - Ensure high-quality test execution in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.<br/><br/> - Work closely with senior SDETs and developers to scale automation and adopt best practices.<br/><br/> <b>Nice to have Skills :</b><br/><br/> - Exposure to white box and black box testing approaches.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.<br/><br/> - Prior experience with automation in distributed systems or API-heavy applications.<br/><br/> - Basic knowledge of performance/security testing concepts.<br/><br/> <b>EEO Statement :</b><br/><br/> The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.<br/><br/> As an employer subject to affirmative action regulations, we invite you to voluntarily provide the following demographic information.<br/><br/> This information is used solely for compliance with government record-keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.<br/><br/> Providing this information is voluntary and refusal to do so will not affect your application status.<br/><br/> This data will be kept separate from your application and will not be used in the hiring decision.<br/><br/> </p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
