You will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and user-centric Android and cross-platform applications that power critical customer journeys.
As a senior individual contributor, you will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences, while mentoring junior engineers and driving mobile architecture You Will Do :</b></p><p></p><p><b><br/></b></p><b>1.
Mobile Engineering Excellence </b></p><p>- Own end-to-end development of critical features in Flutter and Kotlin.</p><br/><p></p><p>- Contribute to mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Redux).<br/><br/></p><p>- Build modular, testable, and maintainable codebases aligned with platform guidelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring for mobile apps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize app performance (startup time, responsiveness, memory usage, and crash rates).<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><b>2.
Collaboration & Delivery :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Partner with backend, product, and design teams to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality </p><p>features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, system design reviews, and release planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate on observability, analytics, and A/B testing integrations for data-driven Mentorship & Best Practices :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior engineers in Flutter and Kotlin best practices.</p><p><br/></p>- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to raise team capabilities.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, and architecture You Will Need :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 4 - 6 years of professional experience in Flutter + Kotlin development.</p><p><br/></p>- Strong expertise in cross-platform mobile app development (Flutter) and native Android (Kotlin).<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Hands-on experience with offline-first design, caching, and data synchronization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in cross-functional agile to Have :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in fintech, ride-hailing, or other high-scale transactional platforms.</p><p><br/></p>- Knowledge of accessibility standards and multi-language app Loop :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>1.
