<p></p><p class="header"><a name="Cover_tbl"></a><br/><br/> </p><p class="body_Text">Job description:<br/><br/>As a Pursuit Strategist, you will provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business.
You will actively participate in developing pursuit strategies and overseeing the proposal management process.
You will author client communications such as proposals, oral presentations, qualifications, and other documents.
<br/><br/> </p><p class="body_Text">- Manage end-to-end bid and proposal process for Global TAX pursuits<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with proposal guidelines and requirements.<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in proposal management to enhance our proposal effectiveness and win rates continuously<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Drive, formulate and ideate customized proposals and presentations - developing value propositions and competitive differentiators<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Lead storyboarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings, manage proposal governance, review collaterals and proposals as necessary<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Lead project resource planning, and implementation of processes<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Ability to work with leadership including partners/Senior Leaders and foster discussion from the client's perspective and needs of the RFP<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Ability to brainstorm and challenge the engagement teams to ensure the most successful outcomes as per the key client asks and devise winning strategies<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Responsible for compliance with the firm's independence policy and quality measures as it relates to proposals and business opportunities<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Build the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfilment of all requirements<br/><br/></p><p class="list_Paragraph">- Participate in regular proposal progress status meetings and meet the proposal schedule<br/><br/> </p><p class="body_Text">- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- 4-7 years of experience in bid/proposal management, preferably in professional services<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Experience working with the Big Four or Top 10 consulting firms in their Global Delivery Services (GDS) or Global Capability Centers (GCC)<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Strong understanding of business environment and proposal compliance requirements<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Proven track record of managing multiple, complex bids under tight deadlines<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and proposal automation tools (if any)<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-location teams and adapt to time zone differences<br/><br/></p><p class="body_Text">- Familiarity with RFP pursuits in the UK is an advantage<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
