<p><p><b>Job Description : Graphic Designer</b><br/><br/><b>Role : </b> Graphic Designer<br/><br/><b>Type : </b> Full-Time, Payroll<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Noida / Pune (Onsite)<br/><br/><b>Reports To : </b> Senior Visual Designer & SVP Growth & Marketing<br/><br/><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/>Simulanis is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our growing creative initiatives across marketing, sales, and product functions.
The role involves creating high-quality, visually engaging collaterals from presentations and brochures to emailers, social posts, and landing pages while collaborating closely with senior team members.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate blends strong visual storytelling skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Content & Collateral Design : </b><br/><br/>- Design visually engaging assets : presentations, brochures, flyers, emailers, social media posts, landing pages.<br/><br/>- Work with existing design templates and help develop new reusable ones.<br/><br/>- Translate written content into clear, appealing, and impactful visuals (content design thinking).<br/><br/>- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.<br/><br/>- Create and update high-impact presentations in Google Slides.<br/><br/>- Maintain brand consistency and visual hierarchy in layouts, typography, color schemes, and design elements.<br/><br/><b>AI & Design Tools : </b><br/><br/>- Use AI tools to generate images, explore layouts, and refine creative outputs.<br/><br/>- Continuously experiment with new design tools and workflows to improve efficiency.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Execution : </b><br/><br/>- Work closely with the Senior Designer and Marketing team to address creative needs.<br/><br/>- Accept feedback constructively and iterate quickly.<br/><br/>- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously with reliability and attention to detail.<br/><br/><b>Skills, Traits & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 1 to 2 years of professional visual design experience.<br/><br/><b>Design Tools : </b> Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).<br/><br/><b>Presentation Design : </b> Strong skills in Google Slides (or PowerPoint).<br/><br/><b>Core Design Principles : </b> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and color theory (including dark theme designs).<br/><br/>- Ability to translate complex content into simple, compelling visuals.<br/><br/>- Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable with strong creative problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- High attention to detail, consistency, and deadlines.<br/><br/>- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Onsite Noida / Pune</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
