<p>Role : Odoo Architect<br/><br/><b> Business Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- Independently interact with Solution Owners, Product Owners, other Odoo Architects, and Solution Architects to understand the complete scope of business requirements.<br/><br/>- Write and present a high-level scope and architecture document for confirmation by all stakeholders Addressing<br/><br/>- Scalability and High availability aspects and dimensions.<br/><br/><b> Cloud Native Platform Management :</b><br/><br/>- Create, deploy, and manage a Cloud Native Multi-tenant platform and business applications built on Odoo (v15+).<br/><br/><b> User Interface Design :</b><br/><br/>- Architect and design the User Interface using Odoo platform OTB capabilities, JavaScript, Web API, and the latest front-end best practices.<br/><br/><b> Technical Leadership :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the development team to ensure that the solution is developed in accordance with requirements, specifications, standards, and best practices, considering delivery timelines.<br/><br/>- Guide the team in creating low-level design documents, performing thorough code reviews, and ensuring superior quality of the developed software.<br/><br/><b> Development :</b><br/><br/>- Develop applications using Odoo platform OTB capabilities with a modular design.<br/><br/>- Build Odoo-based libraries, plug-ins, modules, and frameworks to support modular, large, complex web applications.<br/><br/>- Integrate with existing or third-party software platforms and systems using Rest APIs or other protocols.<br/><br/>- Write JavaScript, database queries/functions, CSS, and HTML.<br/><br/>- Containerize deployment solutions using Docker on Kubernetes.<br/><br/><b> Code Quality & Testing :</b><br/><br/>- Develop high-quality, clean, reusable, and maintainable code with maximum test automation using suitable frameworks and technologies.<br/><br/>- Conduct unit, system, performance, and security tests.<br/><br/><b> Performance & Security :</b><br/><br/>- Ensure high performance and availability of applications, providing support as needed.<br/><br/>- Implement security and data protection measures, fixing security findings within SLA.<br/><br/><b> Data Integration :</b><br/><br/>- Integrate data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, and blob stores.<br/><br/>- Data Engineering skills, ability to process Unstructured, Big data , ETL.<br/><br/><b> CI/CD Pipeline :</b><br/><br/>- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines as per the blueprint.<br/><br/><b> Troubleshooting :</b><br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner to improve application performance and functionality.<br/><br/><b> Documentation :</b><br/><br/>- Create architecture and design documentation.<br/><br/><b> DevOps Maintenance :</b><br/><br/>- Maintain the end-to-end DevOps cycle (code platform, test, build, deploy, and manage) using GitLab.<br/><br/><b> Other Release Management Activities :</b><br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as defined by OLA/SLA agreements with the customer team and L1/L2/L3 team.<br/><br/>- Fix User Acceptance Test bugs and confirm acceptance from the customer.<br/><br/>- Review all deliverables and Sprint Plans with the Solution team and the Technical team.<br/><br/>- Adjust feature priorities for future releases based on business needs<br/><br/><b> Technologies Used :</b><br/><br/>- Odoo Platform v15+ Based Development :<br/><br/>- Experience with Odoo development and customization.<br/><br/>- Odoo User base (Logged-in users) &gt; 1000 Users.<br/><br/>- Odoo on Kubernetes (Microservices Based Architecture) with DevOps understanding<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Odoo modules, architecture, and APIs.<br/><br/>- Ability to integrate Odoo with other systems and data sources.<br/><br/>- Capable of creating custom modules.<br/><br/>- Scale Odoo deployments for many users and transactions.<br/><br/><b> Programming Languages :</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in Python is essential.<br/><br/>- Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala) is a plus.<br/><br/><b> Data Analysis and Reporting :</b><br/><br/>- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.

(AI based)<br/><br/>- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Superset).<br/><br/>- Experience in Cassandra (4.0+) along with Query Engine like Presto.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).<br/><br/>- Experience with ETL tools and processes.<br/><br/>- Data Structure & Data Modelling<br/><br/>- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience in managing and processing large Datasets<br/><br/><b> DevSecOps :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes clusters.<br/><br/></p><p class="">- CI/CD with GitLab.<br/><br/></p><p class=""><b> Methodologies :</b><br/><br/>- Knowledge and experience of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.<br/><br/><b> Operating Systems :</b><br/><br/>- Linux/Windows OS.<br/><br/><b> Tools Used :</b><br/><br/>- Jira, GitLab, Confluence.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
