<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>Position : UI/UX Designer<br/><br/>Experience - 4+yrs<br/><br/>Role : Lead/ Senior : UI/UX Designer<br/><br/><b>You will : <br/></b><br/>- Lead and execute the full UX lifecycle from discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping to high-fidelity design and usability testing.<br/><br/>- Design elegant, intuitive, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with business goals and user needs.<br/><br/>- Translate complex requirements into simple, user-centered solutions.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative experiences.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across products.<br/><br/>- Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.<br/><br/>- Ensure seamless handoff to developers by creating clear documentation, assets, and occasional front-end support (basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred).<br/><br/>- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.<br/><br/><b>Who You Are (Really) : </b><br/><br/>A studio.
