About the Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery and governance for a greenfield travel platform being developed from the ground up.

You’ll manage multiple workstreams — Product, Tech, Content, Marketing, Data, and QA — ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless coordination across teams and vendors.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, ideal for candidates from IT consulting or system integration backgrounds (TCS, Infosys, TechM, Accenture, etc.) who have managed Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) or large multi-vendor transformation programs.


Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
  • Own and maintain the project plan, timeline, RAID log, and dependencies.
  • Track progress across teams and manage sprints, releases, and delivery gates.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with client teams and internal stakeholders to resolve blockers.


Governance & Reporting
  • Drive weekly status meetings and steering committees.
  • Maintain project dashboards, progress reports, and escalation trackers.
  • Track risks, issues, and decisions;
    ensure closure within SLA timelines.
  • Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior stakeholders.


Financials & Change Management
  • Track project budgets, burn rates, and invoicing schedules.
  • Manage change requests, ensure approvals, and maintain project profitability.
  • Support the Engagement Manager in commercial documentation and reporting.


Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate across multiple vendors and internal teams (Tech, QA, Data, Creative).
  • Monitor performance scorecards, delivery timelines, and SLA adherence.
  • Foster collaboration between on-site and remote teams for smooth execution.


Requirements (Must-Haves)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field;
    MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in Project/Program Management.
  • Prior experience with large-scale platform builds or BOT programs.
  • Hands-on with Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Familiar with Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
  • Strong in stakeholder communication, coordination, and reporting.
  • Experience working with multi-vendor environments and external partners.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Haridwar with travel as required.


Good to Have
  • Experience in travel, OTA, or e-commerce projects.
  • Exposure to data pipelines, analytics, and marketing technology integration.
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Hindi for daily communication.
