<p></p><p><b>Lead Software Development Engineer </b><br/></p><p><b><br/></b>The Lead Software Development Engineer will be responsible to develop and enhance the features in Grundfos applications for controllers, pumps and drives to ensure that we continue having world class products, by developing embedded software in close collaboration with the other developers and using our common software platform.

</p><p><br/></p><p>Taking the lead in the team by providing the solutions and architecture of our software, using extensive experience in guiding colleagues and lean out towards other parts of the development organization, to ensure the integrated of our software.

If you wish to develop your skills, this is your chance to challenge the organization to apply broad subject matter expert knowledge with a high degree of technical/business insight across product/solutions development and digital offerings<br/></p><p></p><br/>- Design and development of different embedded SW for product applications as a part of Product development team and ensure it is working as expected.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Business requirement analysis and define SW requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop the architecture of our product software and ensure alignment with the platform, work with the Product Owner<br/><br/></p><p>- Define & build end to end solutions from a system perspective and support System integration in collaboration with Digital Development , IS, A&M.<br/><br/></p><p>- Unit test development and test of new software and products to the full value chain<br/><br/></p><p>- Quality improvement on existing software, bug fixing and test<br/><br/></p><p>- Reach out to colleagues, mentor & guide them so the development process is enhanced as well as the products are becoming more innovative<br/><br/></p><p>- Agile Ambassador<br/><br/>- Encourage team accountability and self-organization<br/><br/></p><p>- Encourage the team to work with improving the scrum process <br/><br/></p><p>- Share responsibility and knowledge<br/><br/></p><p>- Guard the architecture & Governance : </b></p><p><br/>- Contribute to enhancements of existing reference architecture and framework</p><br/><p></p><p>- Contribute to architecture process & governance<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and implement best practices with respect to architecture <br/><br/><b>Your background : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience of 15+ years of relevant work experience after formal degree of B.E/ B.

Tech, M.E/M.Tech (Electronics Background)<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert in developing and implementing architecture in embedded SW applications for industrial applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Embedded concepts at SW as well HW levels.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert in Embedded C<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in defining solutions for electro-mechanical systems with hydraulics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good Experience in Control systems, preferably with knowledge in MATLAB<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in usage and integration of sensors like temperature, pressure, etc<br/><br/></p><p>- Structured, modularized development and testing for different embedded software components like : <br/></p><ul><li>RTOS (eCos, Threadx), memory, etc.</li><li>Communication drivers and protocols e.g. RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI etc.</li><li>MCU architectures - 16 & 32 bit Preferably - Renesas</li><li>Exposure to fieldbus protocols like Modbus, Bacnet, CAN, etc</li><li>Embedded environment - IAR</li></ul>- Knowledge & work exposure to wireless technologies e.g. Wifi, Bluetooth, Emulators, OCD and other tools.<br/><br/><p>- Hardware debugging and testing (Peripherals, schematic reading, oscilloscope, Multi-meter etc).</p><br/><p>- User level understanding and knowledge with hands on work experience.</p><br/>- SW testing tools at unit level.

Preferably - CPPUnit.<br/><p><br/></p><p>- Any continuous integration tool.

Preferably - Jenkins.</p><br/><p>- Any version control tool.
