<p><p><b>About The Role</b><br/><br/>As an Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Specialist, youll join the founding crew of the HCM Reporting Solutions team.<br/><br/>You will focus on building ready-to-use, secure, and scalable reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts, enabling customers to streamline their HR analytics with minimal friction.<br/><br/>Youll work across client engagements, internal accelerators, and reusable solutions directly feeding into BI Connectors pre-built HCM data models.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead requirements gathering for Oracle HCM Cloud reporting use cases (Workforce, Absence, Payroll, Talent, etc.)<br/><br/>- Design, build, and validate reports using :</p><p><br/>1.
OTBI ad hoc and dashboard-style analytics<br/><br/></p><p>2.
BI Publisher formatted reports for compliance and operations<br/><br/></p><p>3.
HCM Extracts for data feeds and downstream integrations<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the BI Connector engineering team & Power BI developer to align report outputs with Power BI, Tableau, and Fabric data model schemas, datasets, and dashboards.<br/><br/>- Build standardized data models, report templates and documentation for reuse by clients and the BI Connector team<br/><br/>- Ensure reports follow security protocols, RBP frameworks, and are compliant with privacy norms<br/><br/>- Continuously optimize data model, report performance, and simplify complex logic into maintainable layers<br/><br/>- Lead and support client enablement and troubleshooting during PoVs or deployments<br/><br/>- Present solutions, prototypes, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 5 - 10 years of experience developing reports in Oracle Fusion HCM<br/><br/>- Hands-on skills in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of the Oracle HCM schema, especially Workforce Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules<br/><br/>- Expert-level comfort in writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL-based data models and layout templates<br/><br/>- Familiar with HCM role-based security, user contexts, and person data sensitivity<br/><br/>- Self-directed, deadline-driven, and thrives in a remote-first startup environment<br/><br/>- Interest in learning and becoming an expert in Power BI, Fabric, and Data Warehousing<br/><br/>- Ability to work with North America, Europe, and Middle East clients and adjust working hours to meet business needs in a reasonable time frame.<br/><br/><b>Bonus Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification<br/><br/>- Experience integrating Oracle HCM data into Data Warehouse or Power BI via BI Connector or similar tools<br/><br/>- Familiarity with REST APIs, HDL, and Oracle HCM integrations<br/><br/>- Exposure to fast-growing SaaS or consulting environments<br/><br/><b>What We Offer :</b><br/><br/>- A rare opportunity to shape the future of Oracle HCM reporting inside a product-led team<br/><br/>- High-impact work that feeds into pre-built data models used by global enterprises<br/><br/>- Competitive compensation + performance incentives<br/><br/>- Remote-first, async-friendly work culture<br/><br/>- Rapid growth path into solution architecture, client delivery leadership, or pre-sales enablement</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
