This role combines deep BillingCenter expertise, hands-on technical skills, and leadership experience to ensure high-quality project execution and strong client collaboration within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> <li>Serve as Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team, contributing to multiple Guidewire implementation projects for clients across the globe.</li> <li>Act as a team leader (technical leader), guiding various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects.</li> <li>Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators and customer representatives as needed.</li> <li>Plan, monitor, and track project deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.</li> <li>Mentor and coach the project team in executing assigned projects.</li> <li>Provide regular status updates to managers and onsite coordinators.</li> <li>Travel to customer locations as required.</li> </ul> <p><b>People Responsibilities (as a Team Leader)</b></p> <ul> <li>Build and promote a strong quality culture within the team.</li> <li>Manage performance for direct reports in line with organizational policies.</li> <li>Foster teamwork and lead by example.</li> <li>Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to project resources.</li> <li>Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration with thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in concepts such as Delinquency, Disbursements, Collections, Write-off, Transfer Policy, New Payment Batch, and related workflows.</li> <li>Experience with Guidewire implementations and upgrades within the insurance sector.</li> <li>Strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance.</li> <li>Proficient in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT.</li> <li>Strong skills in PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any enterprise messaging system.</li> <li>Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic.</li> <li>Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably within the insurance domain.</li> <li>Understanding and practical experience of software development best practices.</li> <li>Excellent business communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership skills.</li> <li>Prior client-facing experience.</li> <li>BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>LOCATION </b>Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: </b>Full Time</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com<u>)</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
