ROLE MISSION
To architect and scale Brilliant Brains’ revenue, profitability, growth infrastructure, and team performance by building a predictable, AI-powered, financially disciplined growth operating system for both the agency and its clients.
This is not just a marketing role.
This is a Business Growth + Financial Strategy + Team Performance Leadership role.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1.
Agency Growth (Internal)
- Build and execute the growth roadmap of Brilliant Brains (services, verticals, markets).
- Develop scalable offers, productized services, recurring revenue models.
- Drive revenue targets and client value expansion.
- Lead positioning and market differentiation (AI-first agency).
- Build partnerships and growth channels.
✅ KPI: Agency revenue growth, ACV, vertical expansion, high-ticket retainers
2.
Financial Planning & Profitability Control
- Own P&L alongside CEO.
- Design pricing, retainers, and margin safeguards.
- Allocate resources based on ROI.
- Ensure every client becomes profitable within 90 days.
- Prevent scope creep and unprofitable projects.
- Build financial forecasts and growth models (quarterly).
✅ KPI: Gross profit %, Net profit %, CAC:Revenue, LTV:CAC, Client profitability
3.
Full-Funnel Growth System (Clients + Agency)
- Architect 90-day and 12-month growth plans.
- Build end-to-end funnels: Awareness → Acquisition → Conversion → Retention → Advocacy.
- Standardize experimentation frameworks (offers, creatives, funnels).
- Integrate AI into performance, creative, lead handling, automation.
- Ensure result improvement month-over-month.
✅ KPI: ROAS, CAC Reductions, LTV Increase, CVR Uplift, NRR (Net Revenue Retention)
4.
Team KPI Ownership & Accountability
- Define success metrics for each department.
- Build KPI dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with department heads.
- Fix bottlenecks, coach leaders, improve output quality.
- Create a high-performance culture with accountability.
✅ KPI: KPI Hit Rate %, SLA adherence, Output quality, Velocity of execution
5.
Cross-Department Alignment (Strategy → Execution)
- Translate business goals into execution plans.
- Ensure Performance, Creative, Tech, CRM, SEO, and Sales follow ONE roadmap.
- Implement growth operating cadence (WBR, MBR, QBR).
- Eliminate silos and accelerate execution.

6.
AI, Automation & Innovation
· Infuse AI across media buying, creative, analytics, CRM, operations.
· Build AI agents and automation workflows.
· Develop proprietary systems and frameworks as competitive moat.
· Drive continuous testing and innovation culture.
✅ KPI: AI adoption rate, cost/time savings, performance uplift

Client Strategy & Advisory
· Act as strategic growth partner to founders and CMOs.
· Lead quarterly business reviews with roadmap and ROI clarity.
· Move clients from “execution retainers” to “strategic growth retainers.”
· Increase client lifetime value and retention.
✅ KPI: Client retention %, Upsell revenue, NPS score
WHO YOU ARE (Ideal Profile)
✅ 5+ years in digital growth, performance marketing, or strategy
✅ Have scaled multiple brands or portfolio accounts
✅ Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
✅ Expert in funnels, paid growth, CRO, CRM, and AI-driven automation
✅ Exceptional strategist AND execution orchestrator
✅ Comfortable advising C-level founders
✅ Proven leadership of cross-functional teams
✅ Data-driven, commercially sharp, highly accountable
✅ Obsessed with performance, systems, and scale
