- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
- Design and develop chatbots using BMC Helix Virtual Agent
- Create conversational dialogues that align with identified business use cases.
- Integrate chatbots with BMC Helix applications such as Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
- Identify top services and knowledge articles that can be automated through chatbots.
- Document user interactions to define intents and utterances for chatbot development.
- Test chatbots to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Deploy chatbots on designated channels such as Digital Workplace.
