Job description

Location: Vikhroli

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced candidate to ensure smooth operational workflows and effective communication within our IT team.

The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing resources, coordinating incident resolution, and supporting project execution to deliver exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Calls & SLA Management

o Monitor and manage all incoming support calls and tickets.

o Ensure timely response and resolution within defined SLA timelines.

o Track and escalate pending issues to concerned teams when necessary.

· Incident Management

o Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents as per ITIL standards.

o Coordinate with engineers and vendors to resolve technical issues.

o Maintain proper documentation for incident closure and root cause analysis.

· Scheduled Activities

o Plan and execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and preventive tasks.

o Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure minimal downtime.

o Maintain records of scheduled and completed activities.

· Engineering Management / Leaves & Adjustments

o Manage engineer schedules, attendance, and leave adjustments.

o Ensure adequate support coverage during leaves or shift changes.

o Coordinate manpower allocation across sites as per requirement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar profile within the IT industry

Skills Required

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Ticketing tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
