Job description

<p>Roles and Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial management processes, requirements, and pain points.<br/><br/>- Solution Design : Develop functional designs and solutions that leverage Oracle Fusion Financials modules to address business needs, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.<br/><br/>- Configuration and Customization : Configure Oracle Fusion Financials applications based on the business requirements.<br/><br/>- Testing : Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of the configured system.<br/><br/>- Data Migration : Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and oversee financial data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.<br/><br/>- User Training : Train end-users on effectively using the Oracle Fusion Financials applications.<br/><br/>- Support and Troubleshooting : Provide Support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the system's smooth operation.<br/><br/>- Ticket Management - The candidate is expected to manage the support tickets and resolve the issues/queries raised by the users.<br/><br/>- SLA Management - The candidate must adhere to the SLA defined for the ticket severity.<br/><br/>- User Training - The candidate must ensure the user training wherever required as per the issue trend.<br/><br/>- Coordination - Coordination with Cross-Functional Team for the Issue resolution.<br/><br/>- Communication - The candidate must have good communication to interact with the users.<br/><br/>- Documentation / KB - The candidate needs to prepare the documentation for the issue resolutions.<br/><br/>- Integration : Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and other systems, such as SCM, HRMS, and third-party applications.<br/><br/>- Stay Current : Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and best practices related to Oracle Fusion Financials.<br/><br/> Profile Requirements :<br/><br/>- Education : A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Experience : Minimum 3 years of prior experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant or similar ERP implementation roles.<br/><br/>- Candidate must have worked experience on Budget and Encumbrance Accounting.<br/><br/>- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.<br/><br/>- Business Acumen : Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, principles, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
