</p><p><br/></p><p>Youll lead the design of innovative solutions across Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), Service Cloud, and custom applicationstransforming how customers and employees interact with our brand.<br/><br/>Youll collaborate closely with fellow architects, solution designers, and development teams worldwide, helping them unlock the full potential of Salesforce to enhance user experiences, streamline processes, and drive measurable business outcomes.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This role is as much about strategic vision as it is about hands-on technical leadership.<br/><br/><b>What you will do :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the analysis and design of product backlog items for agile teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and adhere to architectural standards.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with other Digital Experience architects, HPE architects, and technical leads to align designs and ensure architectural consistency across multiple Salesforce-based solutions within HPE.<br/><br/>- Evaluate and adopt emerging Salesforce technologies, features, and partner solutionsintegrating them seamlessly into our architecture.<br/><br/>- Review solution designs and project activities to ensure compliance with platform limits, security standards, and integration best practices.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Actively collaborate with Salesforce on any platform issues which impact experience or performance.<br/><br/>- Use deep knowledge of our Salesforce implementation and integrations to coach development teams & admins and encourage use of out-of-the-box functionality where possible.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Packaging, and API integrations.<br/><br/>- Ensure alignment with enterprise integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.<br/><br/>- Mentor and inspire less-experienced engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.<br/><br/>- Analyse Salesforce release notes to identify opportunities to improve the platform and user experience.<br/><br/>- Lead Salesforce support and professional services engagements as needed, driving needed insights and solutions in a timely manner.<br/><br/><b>What you need to bring :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.<br/><br/>- Typically 10+ years experience.<br/><br/>- Evidence of continuous Salesforce learning<br/><br/><b>Knowledge and Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.<br/><br/>- Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.
