<p>Profile Summary :<br/><br/>Were looking for an innovative and hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join our corporate data science team, part of the CTOs Office at HID Global.<br/><br/>You'll collaborate with data scientists, ML Ops engineers, and full-stack developers to help bring AI-driven ideas into production.<br/><br/>This role focuses on building performance, scalable ML systems including classical models, LLMs, and multi-agent architectures and turning them into real-world applications.<br/><br/>You'll play a key role in shaping HIDs adoption of machine learning and generative AI, with responsibilities ranging from model development to prompt optimization to implementation of safety and governance mechanisms.<br/><br/>Qualifications :<br/><br/>- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.<br/><br/>- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.<br/><br/>- Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br/><br/>As our Machine Learning Engineer, you;ll support HIDs success by :<br/><br/>- Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions<br/><br/>- Translating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components<br/><br/>- Developing and fine-tuning foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases<br/><br/>- Training and optimizing numeric machine-learning models<br/><br/>- Applying prompt engineering and building agent-based architectures for complex task automation<br/><br/>- Integrating models into backend systems and supporting real-time/batch inference services<br/><br/>- Working with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI<br/><br/>- Staying up to date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team<br/><br/>Roles & Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned) :<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as :<br/><br/>1.
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen<br/><br/>2.
Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio<br/><br/>3.
