the following : </b><br/><br/>Other duties may be assigned : <br/><br/>- Develop/build IT solutions to meet business requirements.<br/><br/>- Manage, evolve, build CI/CD pipeline<br/><br/>- Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms outside the framework.<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and implement reusable IaC components.<br/><br/>- Write scripts to automate build and deployments on AWS Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate, build and provide production systems support that may include duties such as</p><p>deployment, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting Linux servers.<br/><br/>- Automate deployment of and support Linux and windows-based infrastructure services (web, nfs, sftp, DNS, LDAP etc)<br/><br/>- Performance monitoring and tuning of the Operating System and applications for the most optimal operational efficiency.<br/><br/>- Document existing and new public cloud deployments using Run Books and cloud architecture diagrams.<br/><br/>- Implement processes to standardize best practices and procedures, capacity planning and risk mitigation.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical/business teams, assess requirements and recommend solutions.<br/><br/>- Perform script maintenance and updates due to changes in requirements or implementations.<br/><br/>- Conduct vulnerability assessments and OS hardening.<br/><br/>- Patching windows servers using tools like SCCM, PDQ Deploy & PDQ Inventory, etc.<br/><br/>- Implement OS hardening, firewalls (iptables, firewalld), and SELinux/AppArmor policies.<br/><br/>- Perform security patching, vulnerability assessment, and log monitoring.<br/><br/>- Enforce compliance with standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, PCI-DSS, etc.<br/><br/>- Monitor and work on cloud infrastructure related issues and support tickets.<br/><br/>- Work will relevant stakeholders on the cloud issues/problems and provide the fixes/solutions.<br/><br/>- Work in different shifts based on team needs and work plan.<br/><br/><b>Technical Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- Managing services and environments in AWS public cloud<br/><br/>- Managing Continuous Integration services<br/><br/>- Managing and supporting Linux and Windows operating system and services<br/><br/><b>Education and/or Experience : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience.<br/><br/>- Typically requires overall 5+ years of analysis and programming experience.<br/><br/>- Must have Experience working in IaC environment and applications, systems or IT operations.<br/><br/>- Experience working in an agile team environment.<br/><br/>- Experience working with public cloud AWS is a must.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience configuring and supporting Linux and Windows based infrastructure services (web, NFS, sftp, DNS, LDAP, pgp etc)<br/><br/>- Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as team city, Jenkins preferred<br/><br/>- Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet a must.<br/><br/>- Experience with some aspects of computer security : network security, application security, security protocols, cryptography, IAM, Active Directory, and ADFS, group policy and user account management.<br/><br/>- Understanding of Load Balancers, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS certificate management, DNS, and Network Routing<br/><br/>- Experience with AWS services and plugins<br/><br/>- Experience with container technologies, Docker, Kubernetes is required<br/><br/>- Experience using ElasticSearch/ELK stack for application monitoring.<br/><br/>- Must have used scripting automation with tools such as Ruby, Python, Powershell, Javascript,<br/><br/>- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of XML, and JSON file formats.<br/><br/>- Experience with JIRA and Service Now ticketing system for incident management, change control and task management.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions.<br/><br/>- Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively communicate findings both written and orally using both technical and non-technical terms.<br/><br/>- Experience in handling critical incidents and working with the stakeholders in addressing the issues.<br/><br/><b>Additional Preferred Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to other cloud technologies like Azure or google cloud<br/><br/>- AWS Associate or Professional level certification
