Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Operations to join our dynamic team.
This role will be instrumental in managing end-to-end payroll and compensation processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing effective performance management systems.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving HR initiatives that support our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to PF, gratuity, and other employee benefits.
Maintain knowledge of current labor laws and implement necessary changes to HR policies and practices.
Implement and manage the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policies and guidelines.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote a safe and inclusive workplace.
Manage HRMS/HRIS setup, maintenance, and updates.
Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and compliance.
Design and implement performance management frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development plans.
Utilize HR metrics to track and report on key performance indicators.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes.
Requirements
MS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in performance management and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
