Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations.
The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and process orientation.
- Ability to manage teams in a global IT setup.
- Already worked in a US-based organization and aware of the operations.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.
- Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
- Build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Performance & Policy Management:
- Driving yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles, and policy updates.
- Establish an employee grievance process and sustain it by seamless execution.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities.
- Support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communication and resolve HR queries proactively.
Statutory Compliance:
- Oversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws.
- Ensure POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence.
Additional Responsibilities
- Serve as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives.
- Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums.
- Should have the HR tools knowledge of Greythr and Smartsheet
- Oversee the travel arrangements and ensure the timely delivery of the team member.
- Travel to our office in Gujarat on quarterly basis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.
- Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.
