LiftPls Mobility is a two-wheeler ride-sharing platform built for Jaipur’s future—cleaner, smarter, and more connected.

Our mission is to reduce urban carbon emissions by promoting shared mobility, minimising single-rider trips, and building a community-first ecosystem.

Every ride on LiftPls contributes to a cleaner environment, lower fuel consumption, and a more inclusive city.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur.

The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR-related tasks, including creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing support with personnel management.

Daily tasks may include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, conducting orientation sessions, and supporting HR management activities.

Qualifications

  • Undergoing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Stipend : Rs 8,000/- p.M.
