HR Program Participant Job Opening In India, India – Now Hiring XYLEM LEARNING


Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive

HR Trainee

to join our Human Resources team.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions, helping you build a strong foundation in employee management, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.
