We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive  HR Trainee   to join our Human Resources team.
This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions, helping you build a strong foundation in employee management, documentation, and compliance.
 Key Responsibilities:   
-  Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
 
 
-  Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
 
 
-  Support recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
 
 
-  Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.
 
 
-  Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
 
 
-  Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
 
 
-  Prepare HR-related reports and assist in payroll support activities.
