<p></p><p>Key Account Manager <br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>About the job:</b></p><p><br/></p><p>Key Account Manager, internally called a Partner Growth Executive, will support the Marketplace team with partner relations & growth.<br/><br/></p><p>Hudle partners are sports venues, including but not limited to schools, private venues, clubs, sports complexes, and event Being responsible for 150-250 Partner venues in a region.<br/><br/></p><p>- Growing the number of transactions on Hudle for these partner venues through innovative ideas and execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintaining Correctness of Information: Venue listing details like address, slot price, and availability to avoid cancellations and a bad player experience<br/><br/></p><p>- Building business relationships with current and potential partners.<br/><br/></p><p>- Daily interaction with partners to understand their needs and to offer solutions and support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow the number of partners.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand the technology & products; give demos to partners.<br/><br/></p><p>- Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintaining a database of existing partners with their latest updates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Closing deals and working with partners through the closing The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi).<br/><br/></p><p>- Up to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationships, Venue Operations, or Growth roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent professionalism, ownership & accountability for their work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with partners (Hindi and English mandatory; other regional languages are a bonus).<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable working with Technology and Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-motivated and willing to learn.<br/><br/></p><p>- Interest in sports and fitness is a bonus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
