Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Conduct associate-level recruitment activities.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems effectively.
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate HR-related processes.
Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements as assigned.
Draft business emails and documents proficiently as required.
Coordinate end-to-end activities with various vendors.
Ensure sufficient and timely arrangement of assets.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Stay updated with industry best practices and trends and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the people team and across the organization.
Competencies:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficient in using G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
